Where is my order?
Orders are packed and dispatched in 2 to 4 working days, then take 3 to 7 working days to reach you. Tracking details are sent as soon as the parcel is picked up. If it has been longer than that, message us with your order number and we will chase it.
My jar arrived damaged or leaking.
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to courier anything back.
My honey has gone grainy. Is it spoiled?
No. Crystallisation is what real raw honey does, especially in winter. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes and it returns to liquid. Honey that never crystallises has usually been heated hard enough to destroy what makes it worth buying.
Can I order a large quantity for corporate gifting?
Yes. Tell us the quantity, the occasion and your timeline, and we will come back with options and pricing. Note cards can carry your own message.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We deliver across India, with flat Rs 100 delivery and free delivery above Rs 1,000.
