What we collect, what we do with it, and the things we will never do.

Teaspoon Honey (“we”, “us”) runs teaspoonhoney.com and sells honey and bee products across India. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number and email, so we can deliver your order and send updates.
  • Payment: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details; Razorpay handles them under their own security standards.
  • Messages: if you write to us on WhatsApp or email, we keep the conversation so we can help you properly.
  • Community sign-ups: if you join our WhatsApp list, we store the name, number and email you give us.

What we do with it

  • Deliver orders and send order updates.
  • Reply when you contact us.
  • Send harvest news, recipes and offers to people who joined the community list. You can leave any time by replying STOP or unsubscribing.

What we never do

  • We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
  • We never send WhatsApp messages to people who did not sign up.

Who we share data with

Only the services needed to run the store: our delivery partners (to deliver your parcel), Razorpay (to process payment), and our email and messaging tools. Each receives only what it needs.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand which pages people visit. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart may stop working if you do.

Your choices

Dr. Mohit Sharma that is me
No small print games. Ask me anything.

Policies should be boring.
The honey should not.

If a line here reads like it is hiding something, tell us and we will rewrite it in plain words. Otherwise, the jars are this way.
