He had tried the others first.
I tried many honey brands but they taste like a sugar syrup. Today I tasted Teaspoon Honey made from Sunflower. It's really good in taste and I recommend all to use Teaspoon Honey.
Raw, single-origin honey from the Himalayan valleys I ride to myself. The real thing, the way I’d give it to my own patients.
straight from our hives, no filters
It should taste like where it came from.
Where it comes from
One Himalayan valley per jar. Its soil and altitude are what you taste.
What the bees fed on
Each harvest follows one flowering. Litchi gives roughly three weeks in a year.
What reaches your spoon
Acacia tastes light, litchi tastes fruity. The bloom decides that, not us.
One valley. One bloom. One honest jar.
I’m a doctor. For years I told my patients the same thing: eat real, raw honey. Then I went looking for it myself, and honestly, I couldn’t find one I fully trusted.
Most of what’s sold as “raw” is heated, blended, and mixed with things nobody lists. No one could even tell me where it came from. So I started riding up to the Himalayan valleys, sitting with the beekeepers, and bringing back honey I would actually give my own family.
That’s the whole idea here. One valley, one season, nothing added and nothing hidden. If I wouldn’t put it on my own kids’ toast, it doesn’t get a jar.
Doctor, long-distance rider, and the guy who tastes every batch
Before a honey gets our name, I ask four questions.
We know its valley and its floral source.
We care about how the honey reached the jar.
Nothing unnecessary. Nothing hidden.
If the answer is no, it does not carry our name.
That is the Teaspoon standard.

I'm absolutely thrilled with Teaspoon Honey! As a honey enthusiast, I've tried numerous brands, but this one stands out. The quality is exceptional, and the flavor variety is impressive.
We recently tasted Teaspoon Honey during our Delhi Doctors' Reunion, and it was absolutely amazing. The flavor was so rich, pure, and perfectly balanced that everyone loved it instantly. A special thanks to Dr. Mohit.
Absolutely delighted with my purchase of honey! The taste is unparalleled, and its rich, golden hue brings joy to every spoonful. A high-quality product that brightens up my mornings. Will definitely be buying again!
I've been enjoying the authentic taste of your honey for a while now. No added sugar or syrup, just pure, natural honey. I specifically like eucalyptus honey in my winter teas, and multifloral pairs perfectly with my sourdough breads.
This is a real honey. And honey is very tasty 😋
