Shipping and Returns

How your jar travels, what it costs, and what happens if it arrives wrong.

We keep this simple and honest, the same way we keep the honey.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs 100 applies to every order. Delivery is free on all orders above Rs 1,000.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are packed by our own team and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your pincode. Festive and personalised gift orders can take a little longer during peak season; we will tell you at the time of ordering if that is the case.

Packaging

Every glass jar is bubble-wrapped and packed to survive Indian courier journeys. Gift hampers travel in their own rigid boxes.

Damaged, leaked or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp at our contact page within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not need to courier anything back.

Returns on food items

Because honey and our other edible products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used jars under food safety rules. That is exactly why the damage and quality promise above exists: if something is wrong, we make it right with a replacement or refund rather than a return.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched: reach us through our contact page with your order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the damage policy above still protects you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Questions

Reach us through our contact page. A real person replies, usually the same day.

Dr. Mohit Sharma that is me
No small print games. Ask me anything.

Policies should be boring.
The honey should not.

If a line here reads like it is hiding something, tell us and we will rewrite it in plain words. Otherwise, the jars are this way.
