Who we are
Teaspoon Honey is an FSSAI-licensed food business based in Dhakoli, Zirakpur, Punjab. Our licence number is displayed on every product label as required by food regulations.
Products
We sell raw, single-origin honey and related bee products. Raw honey is a natural product: colour, texture and taste vary by valley and season, and crystallisation is natural behaviour, not a defect. Product photos show the real products; small natural variations between batches are normal.
Health information
Anything we say about honey and wellbeing is general information about a traditional food, not medical advice. Honey is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Do not give honey to children under one year of age. If you have a medical condition, diabetes or allergies, please talk to your doctor.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include all taxes. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. An order is confirmed when payment is received and you get a confirmation message.
Delivery, returns and refunds
These are covered in plain words in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.
Gift orders
For gift hampers we can include a note card with your message. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect recipient addresses, so please double-check them.
Content and fair use
The photos, words and designs on this site belong to Teaspoon Honey. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking us first.
Problems and disputes
Talk to us first, through our contact page. Almost everything is fixable with one conversation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Zirakpur / SAS Nagar, Punjab.

If we update these terms we will update the date below. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
