why this jar, really
फ़ायदे · What makes this one worth it
The same four answers for every honey we sell, so you can compare them properly.
From one bloom, one valley
The bees work the acacia while it is in flower in the high Himalayan valleys. One bloom, one season, one valley, and then the window closes.
The lightest jar we make
Pale, clean and barely floral. If you have found raw honey too strong before, this is usually the jar that changes your mind.
The gentle one to start the day with
A spoon in warm water first thing, the way this has always been taken at home. Light enough that it sweetens the cup rather than taking it over, which is why it is the jar people keep beside the kettle.
Pale from the flower, not heat
Honey this light is usually warmed and filtered until it looks that way. Ours is pale because of the acacia bloom itself, and it stays slow to set, so it pours for months.
Taste
Light, clean, softly floral
Texture
Runny, slow to crystallise
Pairs with
Tea, coffee, warm toast
Best for
Anyone new to raw honey
Read this honey in more detail
Acacia flowers for a short window in the Himalayan valleys, and the bees work it almost exclusively while it is open. That is what makes this one taste so clean: there is very little else in it. Most honey sold as light has been filtered and warmed until it looks that way. This one is pale because of the flower.
It is naturally higher in fructose than the rest of our range, which is why it stays liquid in the cupboard for months while a sunflower jar sets in weeks. Nothing has been done to it to achieve that. If you have tried raw honey before and found it too strong, this is the jar to start with.
Honey is food, not medicine. We describe how ours tastes, where it comes from and how people use it, and we leave the health claims to people who can prove them. Not suitable for children under one year old.
how it actually gets made
From the hive to your jar
Six steps, and the ones we leave out matter as much as the ones we do. Every honey in the range is made this way.
01One bloom, one season
The bees forage wild Himalayan bloom, away from farms and spraying. Single valley, single flower, single season, and we do not blend a later harvest in to stretch it.
02Bought direct, by name
From beekeepers we know and visit, at the price they set. No middleman, no auction lot, no drum of honey with no history attached to it.
03Left to ripen in the comb
Taken only once the bees have capped the comb, which is their own signal that it is ready. Nothing is pulled early and dried down afterwards to hit a number.
04Cold extraction, small batches
Spun out of the frames without heat. Warming honey makes it flow faster and look clearer on a shelf, and it costs the aroma you paid for.
05Settled, not fine-filtered
Left to stand so wax and debris rise, then strained coarsely. Fine filtering would take the pollen out with them, and the pollen is what proves where it came from.
06Into glass, sealed the same day
Bottled into glass and sealed the day it is filled, with the batch on the label. Dr. Mohit tastes every batch before any of it ships.
This is also why our honey crystallises, and why yours will. Honey that stays perfectly clear on a shelf for years has usually been heated hard enough to stop it. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes and it pours again.

कैसे खाएं · How to actually use it
Dr. Mohit’s guide: how I would use this jar
Stir into warm (never boiling) water or tea. Heat kills the good stuff.
Pre-gym: one spoon, 30 minutes before. Clean fuel, no crash.
Swap it 1:1 wherever you use sugar. Start with your morning chai.

Questions we hear often
Why has my honey crystallised?
Crystallising is a natural sign of raw, unprocessed honey. Stand the jar in warm water to loosen it, do not microwave.
How should I store it?
Room temperature, lid closed, away from direct sun. Never refrigerate.
Can children have raw honey?
Yes for children above one year old. Not recommended for infants under 12 months.
Is this vegan?
Honey is an animal product, so strictly speaking it is not vegan. It is vegetarian.
